Warranty Information:

Black Loon Millworks guarantees its products for one year against defects in materials and workmanship.

1. Black Loon Millworks will repair or replace, at our option, any faulty
products deemed to have been caused by manufacturing defects.

2. End grain and edge grain tops require frequent oiling. There is no
warranty against warping, cracking or splitting due to drying.

3. There is no warranty against cracking on tops that are improperly installed.

4. A wood top will expand/contract due to seasonal and other conditions
such as heat and humidity.

5. Any adjustment to tops once they have left our mill void our warranty.

The most common problem with wood products is contraction due to weather, developing cracks during low humidity. This is a temporary condition. Once the humidity rises, the top will expand and the cracks will disappear. If you notice this happening to your top, re-oil it to seal the cracks.
